Laura Kessler founded Lark Design in 1991, based on her belief in the imperative need for businesses to have an effective and appealing company image. Whether it is for a product, service, or entire company, a professional image promotes an invaluable level of trust and is a critical key to success.

Over time our goal has developed into a mission to see that a professional look is consistent amongst all marketing collateral; printed materials, websites, presentations, etc... We learned from our clients that many website companies offer technical programming skills but lack the ability to combine this with truly professional design. Likewise, many graphic design firms lack the technical ability to transfer their campaigns effectively to the web, especially when database driven functionality is required. Since we do both with an exceptional degree of experience and talent, nothing gets lost in the translation to the web or vice versa.

Though we began as a graphic design firm, we have evolved into an extensive virtual network of experienced programmers, writers, photographers, illustrators, marketing specialists, and suppliers that we feel sets us apart from most in our field.
